CRUZ, DAVAO DEL SUR ITB NO. 08-INFRA-2026 1) The Municipality of Santa Cruz, Davao del Sur, through the Special Educational Funds for 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (500,000.00) Pesos being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Installation of Solar Panel at Don Amancio Bendigo Sr., Integrated School at Barangay Sibulan, Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur, described as: 10 units - 550W Monocrystalline Solar PV Panel 2 units - 48V, 100AH, Lifepo4 Battery, Power Wall 1 unit - 6KW Hybrid Offgrid Solar Inverter, 1phase, 48V 1 pc - 2p, DC MCB 63A 1 pc - 2p, DC MCB 80A 1 pc - 2p, AC MCB 63A 1 pc - Distribution Panel Box 12 ways 1 pc - 2p, DC SPD 500Vdc 1 pc - 2p, AC SPD 400Vac 2 lngths - PVC Cable Tray 3 pcs - 250g Elastoseal 1 lot - PV Cables Bundle and Consumables Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Municipality of Santa Cruz, Davao del Sur now invites bids for Installation of Solar Panel - Don Amancio Bendigo Sr., Integrated School in Sibulan, Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur Completion of the Works is required Four (4) days. Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4) Interested bidders may obtain further information from BAC Secretariat Office of the Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 O’clock A.M. to 4:00 O’clock P.M. 5) A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders starting on September 30, 2026 from the address below upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Five Hundred (500.00) Pesos It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and the website of the Procuring Entity, provided that bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids. 6) Bids must be duly received through manual submission at the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat Office at Left Wing, 2nd Floor, Administrative Building, Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur through manual submission at the address indicated below on or before 9:30 O’clock A.M. of October 8, 2026. Late bids shall not be accepted. 8) All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 16. 9) Bid opening shall be on October 8, 2026 at 9:40 O’clock AM at BAC Office at the address above stated. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the activity. 10) The Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Section 70 of R.A.
