Rita, through Brgy. funds intends to apply the One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php100,000.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract for INSTALLATION OF CCTV SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM at Brgy. Binanalan, Sta. Rita, Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening. The Brgy. Binanalan, Municipality of Sta. Rita Samar, through its Bid and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites contractors and registered with and classified by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) to apply and to bid for the proposed project: Name of Contract : INSTALLATION OF CCTV SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM Location of Project: Brgy. Binanalan, Sta. Rita, Samar ABC : Php100,000.00 Contract Duration : 14 Calendar days Completion of the Works is required within 14 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed within Three(3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contract similar to the project. The description of and eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA 12009), otherwise known as the "New Government Procurement Act". Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizen/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least seventy five percent(75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. Interested bidders may obtain further information from LGU-Sta. Rita and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given from 8:30am-4:30pm A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by the prospective Bidders from the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (Php500.00) to the Brgy.
