PROVISION FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FORTY-FIVE (45) COMPUTER DESKTOP INTENDED FOR COMPLIANCE TO THE ALCU-COA ACCREDITATION OF PATEROS TECHNOLOGICAL COLLEGE.

1.The Municipality of Pateros, through the APPROVED AIP 2026 BUDGET intends to apply the sum of SIX MILLION SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (Php 6,075,000.00). Being the ABC to payments under the contract for the PROVISION FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FOURTY FIVE (45) COMPUTER DESKTOP INTENDED FOR COMPLIANT TO THE ACCREDITATION OF ALCU-COA OF PATEROS TECHNOLOGICAL COLLEGE-MAIN CAMPUS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2.The Municipality of Pateros now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of Goods is required FORTY FIVE (45) CALENDAR DAYS and upon receipt of NOTICE TO PROCEED. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail”criterion as specified in the Rule IX, Section 59 of RA.N0.12009 IRR. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA No. 5183. 4.Prospective Bidders may obtain further information from Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Office, at 2/F Justice Building, Municipal Hall Building, G. De Borja Street, Barangay Aguho, Pateros Metro Manila and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given above during September 23, 2026, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 5.A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on September 23, 2026, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. from the given address above in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (Php 10,000.00) non-refundable. 6.The Municipality of Pateros will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on October 1, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at Mayor’s Conference Room Municipal Hall, G. De Borja Street, Barangay Aguho, Pateros, Metro Manila which shall be open to prospective bidders. 7.Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat on manual submission at the office address as stated, on or before October 13, 2026, 9:00 a.m. Late bids shall not be accepted. 8.All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of CASH OR MANAGER’S CHEQUE payable to MUNICIPALITY OF PATEROS in the amount stated in ITB Clause. 9.All bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder’s representatives who choose to attend at the address stated. 10. Bid opening shall be on October 13, 2026, 9:30 a. m. at MAYOR’s DRRM Conference Room Municipal Hall Building, G.
