Part III - Employer's Requirements will be issued to the Tenderers by email via a web-link after they have submitted the 'Undertaking to Safeguard Official Information' duly endorsed by an authorised personnel of the Tenderer to the personnel at the email addresses set out in Clause 11 of the Cover Letter.
