Beside having the strong technical proposal, their financial proposal is the most technically qualified and offered the most competitive price. Therefore, it is recommended to award the contract to PT ROKA LANE ASIA with the total amount of IDR 198,050,000 or equivalent to USD 14,118.19 (UNORE August 2019 - $1 = IDR 14,028). Below are Lists and description of expected outputs to be delivered; Web based applications of NREEC Data Enterprise that are integrated with applications in internal MEMR and other related data application (other ministry, state electricity company / PLN) Web based applications of NREEC Data Enterprise that are ready to be integrated with MEMR Data Enterprise Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) structure which is ready to be integrated with application in the existing system of MEMR as well as external MEMR (such as other ministry, PLN) Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) Database relation system for MEMR Application Data Enterprise Data verification System per type of data / information Information dashboard in Graphic and Map Reporting module of all information / data (resumes) Report of training in managing and maintaining application systems for the manager conducted by consultant Report of training and socialization for user of the application or stakeholders, including but not limited to data and information center of MEMR, DG NREEC 3 (three) month warranty of the application system, including maintenance service since handover of work.
